Mindful Mandala Wellness is a place where you and your practice can shift and grow at your own pace. A place where you can feel safe and comfortable to just be you, exactly as you are.
We opened our doors in 2016 as a Hatha Vinyasa based Yoga studio and have since expanded our services to include Massage Therapy; creating a beautiful sidestep into the world of wellness and broadening our scope to allow you to fully explore your practice and engage in your whole being.
We're a small studio with a big heart that wants to help you create vitality in your life through movement, breath, massage, and a dash of laughter.
Shawna has been teaching yoga since 2015 and has been an active Massage Therapist since 2010. She creates a welcoming atmosphere in both her classes and treatment space where the focus is on what clients and students need, allowing them to be themselves. Her deep understanding of anatomy and body function seeps into her teaching and treatments, creating an environment that is physically mindful and safe. Shawna’s offerings have a way of allowing people to not only explore their physical abilities but also cultivate a deep connection within themselves.
Shawna has completed additional training in Yin & Restorative Yoga, Non-Violent Communication, CranioSacral Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage, Cupping Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Advanced Trigger Point Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage, Guasha, and Myofascial Release Techniques. This ever-growing list of skills combines to create an experience like none other.
